Ragi dosa is a healthier alternative to regular dosa especially for those who have diabetes. The procedure is simple. We mix ragi powder to dosa batter and allow the mixture to ferment for a couple of hours.
Mix ragi flour with water.
Add dosa batter and mix well.
Tips for getting dosa batter ready.
Mix and allow to ferment for 2 to 3 hours.
You will see bubbles in the batter. If weather is cold, keep in warm oven.
Cook like regular dosa and enjoy.
While the batter is fermenting, you can get the side dish ready. This can be had with chutney and sambar.
